Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. To provide the best service to all my guests, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee of the booked service total.
• No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
• If you cancel or reschedule two or more times within a three-month period, your online booking access will be revoked. You may still book appointments by contacting me directly.
I understand that unexpected situations arise, and I appreciate your communication. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please call or text me at (713) 487-7078 as soon as possible.
No Refunds: All services are non-refundable. However, if you have any concerns about your hair, please reach out to me within seven days of your appointment so we can discuss a solution. My priority is ensuring you love your hair while maintaining its health and integrity.
